We are looking for Business Development Manager to join our sales team! The perfect candidate will be responsible for creating new business opportunities by developing relationships with our customers. Professional attitude, dedication and experience are your keys to success!


  • Driving Direct and Channel Driven Sales, carrying a monthly quota
  • Managing opportunities and reporting them using SFDC
  • Conducting PoCs and Trials
  • Conducting Customer facing value proposition presentations
  • Training Channel partners
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans


  • Minimum 2 years of work experience preferably in the telecommunication or IT industry
  • Being able to present in front of 15 people
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Language skills: Polish and English
